# CampCancel

> Cancellation alerts for sold-out campgrounds. CampCancel scans every major US campground reservation system every five minutes and emails you the moment a site that matches your criteria opens up. 5,800+ campgrounds across all 50 states.

## What it is

CampCancel is a notification service for campers trying to book sold-out campsites. When a reservation is cancelled at a campground you are watching, CampCancel emails you within about a minute with the campground name, the specific site number, the dates that opened, and a direct link to the booking page on the underlying reservation system (Recreation.gov, ReserveAmerica, US eDirect, NJ State Parks, or VT State Parks). You complete the booking on the reservation site; CampCancel never books, holds, or resells sites.

## Pricing

- Free: 1 active alert, 1 campground per alert, email delivery, no card required.
- Basic ($15/month): up to 3 active alerts, multi-campground alerts, email delivery, cancel anytime.
- Pro ($30/month): up to 7 active alerts, multi-campground alerts, email delivery, priority support, cancel anytime.

Every plan runs the same 5-minute scan cadence. Tier limits apply to active alert count, not email volume. Refund on request if a paid month produces nothing useful.
