We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

CampCancel aggregates publicly available campground availability information from state park reservation systems (such as ReserveAmerica and NJ State Parks). This data is publicly accessible and does not contain personal information about campers.
We use essential cookies for authentication (session management via Clerk). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Mapbox may set functional cookies for map tile caching.
Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. Alert notification history is retained for up to 90 days. You can delete your alerts at any time from your dashboard. To delete your account entirely, contact us at the email below.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), parameterized database queries, and secure authentication via Clerk. We do not store passwords directly.
You can access, update, or delete your alert data at any time through your dashboard. To request a full data export or account deletion, email us at privacy@campcancel.com.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
