About this park

Alamo Lake State Park is one of the best places to fish for bass in Arizona. The crystal clear lake is surrounded by mountainous terrain speckled with brush, wildflowers and cacti. The large campground at the park is made up of six camping loops of paved and gravel surfaces, with both back-in and pull-through sites. Amenities range from dry sites to full-hookups. You can also choose from four cabins with covered front porches and sweeping lakeside views of the Bill Williams River Valley and spectacular desert nighttime skies. All cabins include two bunk-style single beds, a table with chairs, electricity, two ceiling fans, lights, heat/AC, and a lockable door. Pet-friendly cabins are available.
