About this park

Blomidon Provincial Park is renowned for its spectacular views. Blomidon features 180 m (600 ft.) high cliffs, a variety of habitats, striking natural features, abundant wildlife -- and the world's highest tides wash its shores. These natural attractions provide excellent opportunities for camping, hiking, beachcombing, photography or just appreciating nature. The park offers a 95-site campground (44 wooded; 11 partially wooded; 40 open), comfort station (showers and flush toilets), dishwashing station, two picnic areas, playground, an unsupervised beach near the park entrance, and hiking trails. Although there are no serviced sites, water taps, and vault toilets are conveniently located throughout the campground. A group campsite, with kitchen shelter and fire grills, is available by calling the park.
