About EEL WEIR STATE PARK

The park is located on the Oswegatchie River, two miles from Black Lake. The park fronts the river, which is navigable upstream to the lake. Both waterways are known for excellent bass fishing and are ideal for canoes or rowboats. As it is small and secluded, the park is a perfect place to get away from it all.

Location: Eel Weir State Park is located south of Ogdensburg.

Recreation: Visitors love to boat, fish, and camp at Eel Weir State Park.

Do not leave pets unattended and always clean up after them. Pet owners/permit holders are liable for any damage, personal injury, or nuisance caused by the pet.
