From Dallas: Take Hwy 75 North to Denison. From US Highway 75, take exit #72, which is Highway 91. Go north on Highway 91 to Denison Dam, turn left/West on FM 1310, and go 1.8 miles to park entrance. From US Highway 69 (Texas), north from Denison to FM 84. Turn left/West FM 84 to Highway 91. Turn right/North on Highway 91 and go to Denison & turn left/West on FM 1310, and go 1.8 miles to park entrance.
If your plans change, please modify or cancel your reservation as soon as possible to allow someone else to enjoy the park. DAY USE FEE: $5 per day, per person 13 years and older. OFFICE AND GATE INFORMATION: Park does not have a gate. If claiming multiple sites, the balance on the site is required to be paid in order to check-in the reservations. Park does have All Terrain Vehicle (ATV) trails approx. 8 acres in size that are suitable for novice riders. The trails are located in an area at the back of the park across from the Fossil Ridge Camping Area. ATV's are not permitted on park roads or trails, they must be trailered or in a pickup bed & transported the trailhead. Trails are easy for all ages.
