The park features 1,500 feet of beautiful sandy beach including 600 feet of guarded swimming area. Fishing and boating opportunities are plentiful in Lake Ontario and the adjoining Little Sodus Bay.

Recreation: Considered a flagship facility, visitors here enjoy sunbathing, swimming and diving boards, biking, boating, fishing, hiking, picnicking, and camping. Winter snowmobiling, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, and ice fishing are very popular.
