Getting There

From I-5, south of Eugene, Exit 188, Hwy 58-Willamette Highway. Continue east on Hwy 58 for 13 miles. Turn left at Covered Bridge over Dexter Lake onto Pioneer Road/Jasper Lowell Road towards Lowell. After .5 miles, turn left onto North Shore Drive/Jasper Lowell Road. Take first right onto North Moss St/Jasper Lowell Road. Turn right onto Big Fall Creek Road at the 4 way stop at Unity Covered Bridge. Continue on Big Fall Creek Road for 7.5 miles. Fisherman's Point Group Camp is on the left just past the bridge over Fall Creek Lake. Cascara Campground (Park Host, launch ramp) is on Peninsula Road, .5 mile from Big Fall Creek Road at the bridge over Fall Creek Lake. Note: State Park directional signs will be at each turn along this route.

Rules & Important Info

Blue-green algae blooms may occur at Fall Creek Reservoir Most often between April and September, but can occur any time Please check Oregon Health Authority Recreation Advisory’s website for current advisories and important safety information. Standard fees, cancellation and change policies still apply; no fee adjustments will be given due to the presence of an algae bloom. General Site Information Boat ramps are available at Cascara Campground (water level permitting), Winberry Day Use, and North Shore Day Use. Day use fee waivers for Winberry Day Use are available to registered campers at Fishermans Point Group Camp. Please contact the Park Ranger at Cascara Campground for these waivers. Fires and disposal of charcoal are only allowed in designated areas. Pets must be physically restrained, meaning you must be holding them, holding onto their collar, or have them on a leash no longer than six feet. Pet Information: Pawsitive Oregon Please leave the site free of litter. Extra trash bags are available. Campground quiet hours are from 10 p.m.–7 a.m. Information on discount programs, can be found at the Oregon State Parks website. Facilities

Fisherman's Point is the reservable group camp at Fall Creek State Recreation Area. The individual campsites at Fall Creek are located across the street at Cascara Campground and are first come first serve.
