From Houston: Take I-45 South to Galveston. Exit on 61st Street to Seawall Blvd. Turn right on Seawall, go 10 miles to the park.
If your plans change, please modify or cancel your reservation as soon as possible to allow someone else to enjoy the park. DAY USE FEE: $5 per day, per person 13 and older. OFFICE AND GATE INFORMATION: The gate is open at 7am and locks at 10pm. Mosquitos can be a nuisance year-round. Please plan accordingly and pack your bug spray. There are self-pay stations for customers to register at if they are arriving while the office is closed. Day users can pay in the self-pay boxes located at the main office on beachside as well as the visitors center on the bay side; day users must exit the park by 10pm. The park experiences periodic coastal flooding. The park will close for Tropical Storms and Hurricanes. Call the park directly for details and current beach conditions.
