About this park

Nestled along the shores of Lake Erie, Haldimand Conservation Area provides campers and day visitors with a quiet place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Camping, swimming, and bird-watching are popular activities. Over 230 campsites are offered in four campground areas, including 165 with electrical, water and sewer hookup. The conservation area offers a beach and a uniquely-shaped picnic pavilion for bookings by family or organized groups. Located minutes west of Selkirk, the conservation area is centrally located to nearby museums, community events and boat launches providing access to the lake. Haldimand CA is situated along the Lake Erie Waterfront Trail making it a convenient base for cycling tours.
