Getting There

From Portland (approximately 3 1/2 hours): Take highway 26 east over Mt. Hood to Madras. Continue on Highway 26 to Prineville. At the east end of Prineville turn right on Combs Flat Rd. After approximately 1 mile turn right on Juniper Canyon Rd. Proceed 18 miles to park entrance, which is on SE Parkland Dr. From Salem (approximately 3 1/2 hours): Take Highway 22 over Santiam Pass to Sisters, then take highway 126 to Redmond. Continue on highway 126 to Prineville. At east end of Prineville turn right on Combs Flat Rd. After approximately 1 mile turn right on Juniper Canyon Rd. Proceed 18 miles to park entrance, which is on SE Parkland Drive. Continue past the main park entrance on Juniper Canyon Rd. for another 2 miles. Turn left at signs for Jasper Point Campground.

Rules & Important Info

OPRD is considering changing park rules that may impact your reservation including refunds and cancellations. Read more about proposed rules and share your comment. The Jasper cabin is the only site open to reservations at this time. Cabin reservations can be made until 5:59pm of arrival day, please verify the date you are booking. Please do not occupy a site without registering. Seasonal closures still apply. Campsite reservations are not currently available at Jasper Point. Camping is available on a first come, first served basis. Extra Vehicles: Each campsite fee includes parking for one vehicle. Campers may have a total of two vehicles per site; extra vehicle is $10 per night. Available Now: Register extra vehicles online when booking or before check-in. Alternative parking available only for 2nd vehicles that do not fit on parking pad. Additional vehicles will not be allowed in the park overnight. Park Rules Campground quiet hours are from 10 p.m.–7 a.m. Pets must be physically restrained, meaning you must be holding them, holding onto their collar, or have them on a leash no longer than six feet. Pet Information: Pawsitive Oregon Helmets are required for anyone under 16 who are riding bicycles, scooters, skate boards or roller blades.
