Lowell State Recreation Site

Highway 58 to Pioneer Street (Lowell Covered bridge and causeway over Dexter Lake). Left onto North Shore Drive. Park is on the left in approximately 1/2 mile. All turns have Lowell SRS directional signs.

Reservations do not cover the per vehicle day use parking fee. All vehicles must display valid OPRD pass or permit that covers parking fees. Daily permits available for purchase on site. Blue-green algae blooms may occur at this park Please check Oregon Health Authority Recreation Advisory’s website for current advisories and important safety information. Standard fees, cancellation and change policies still apply; no fee adjustments will be given due to the presence of an algal bloom. The Picnic Shelter is winterized November through March. The shelter is available first come, first served for walk in use during these months, no water or electric is provided.
