Located between Manzanita and Nehalem off Highway 101 on Necarney City Road.

Rules & Important Info

OPRD is considering changing park rules that may impact your reservation including refunds and cancellations. Read more about proposed rules and share your comment. Starting Monday, November 3rd, Classic Street will be closed for construction until further notice. Please plan to use Necarney City Road to access the park. Extra Vehicles: Each campsite fee includes parking for one vehicle. Campers may have a maximum of two vehicles parked at a site; extra vehicle is $10 per night. A third vehicle may park in a designated parking area away from the campsite for the nightly extra vehicle fee; additional vehicles will not be allowed in the park overnight. Now available: Register extra vehicles online when booking or before check-in. Reservations do not cover the per vehicle day use parking fee. All vehicles must display valid OPRD pass or permit that covers parking fees. Daily permits available for purchase on site. Boat docks are removed October-May to protect them from winter storm damage Drones are not allowed to protect nesting shorebirds and for the safety of visitors using the airport camp and flying planes. Seasonal Beach Restrictions March 15 - Sep. 15 Beach restrictions in place south of the main park day-use area during western snowy plover nesting season. Foot and equestrian traffic permitted on wet sand only; all other recreation is prohibited. Facilities

Approximately 265 electrical sites with water 16 rustic yurts (9 pet friendly) Hot showers and flush toilets Horse camp with 17 primitive sites Hiker/biker camp Airport camp with primitive fly-in sites RV dump station Loops A, B, C and D, and the Horse Camps, are reservable year round. E and F loops are first-come, first-served November 1 - April 30.
