Facilities: The main cottage features a sun porch, two spacious bedrooms (with private baths), living room (with gorgeous fireplace) and a fully applianced kitchen and laundry room. The guest cottage features two spacious bedrooms (with private baths), bay windows and a kitchenette with sink, microwave and small refrigerator. The third building is a former artist's studio and serves as a charming recreation room with a foosball table.
Directions: Directions to the Park: Take Rte 81 North from Syracuse to Exit 41. Take Rte 178 west to intersection with Rte 3. Crossing Rte 3 proceed straight ahead on Military Road for approximately 5 miles. Park entrance is on the left.

COTTAGE COMPOUND: Access Pass or Lifetime Liberty Pass NOT ACCEPTED for cottage compound reservations. Smoking is NOT permitted in the cottages or studio. Pets are NOT permitted in the cottages or studio. During PEAK season the compound is rented from Friday to Friday for stays of 7 or 14-nights only. $500 security deposit will be required upon check-in, in the form of a check or credit card, NO CASH. Eight people maximum/two vehicles. Each additional vehicle, charged $7 per day. Outside, the compound offers a tennis court and over a thousand acres of undeveloped parkland. Renters can enjoy footpaths along Lake Ontario. Included with the rental of the property are linens, towels, kitchenware, glassware, dinnerware and a washer and dryer. CABIN: The Access Pass/Lifetime Liberty Pass is accepted for cabin reservations. Smoking is NOT permitted in the cabin. Pets ARE permitted in the cabin ONLY: Current proof of rabies inoculation is required at check-in (metal tags will not be accepted). At any time during your stay, pet owners may be required to provide proof of rabies inoculation upon request. Be sure to have this information available to present to park staff. There is a maximum limit of 2 pets permitted. Pets must be on a leash no longer than 6ft and under control at all times. Do not leave pets unattended and always clean up after them. Pet owners/permit holders are liable for any damage, personal injury, or nuisance caused by the pet. During PEAK season the cabin is rented from Friday to Friday for stays of 7 or 14-nights only. PRE-REGISTRATION: Have an existing reservation? Don't forget to PRE-REGISTER!! Two days prior to arrival you can sign into Reserve America and pre-register. IT SAVES TIME. LENGTH OF STAY: A camping party and their equipment may occupy a site for a maximum of 14 continuous nights. After which, the camping party and equipment must leave the site and facility for 48 hours before registering again for another site. Please Note: To ensure fairness for all NY customers, any reservation with departure dates outside the 9-month Maximum Window cannot be changed or cancelled until 18 days after the reservation was made.
