From Houston: Take I 10 West 48 miles. Take 723 mile marker exit (near Sealy) and turn North on FM 1458. Go 2 miles to Park Road 38. Turn left on Park Road 38 to the park entrance. From San Antonio: Take I 10 East to the far side of Sealy. Exit the 723 mile marker and turn North on FM 1458. Go 2 miles to Park Road 38. Turn left on Park Road 38 to the park entrance.

OFFICE AND GATE INFORMATION: Gate open from 8am to 10pm. Park Headquarters - Office Hours are as follows: Saturday – Thursday 8:30AM – 4:30PM Friday: 8:30AM – 7PM Office is closed on Christmas Day - Camping is still allowed. There are no waterfront sites at this park. Campsites are not located near or in view of the river.
