General Information: Reservation holder must be present with ID and register with park office prior to occupying site. Check-in time: 3PM - 9PM. Campers must register for a site by 9PM day of arrival or be subject to cancellation, re-rental, and all fees forfeited. Arrivals after 9PM will be directed to set up in day-use parking area. No subletting of any sites. CABINS & COTTAGES: Cabin capacity is 4 or 6 people depending on the unit, including children. Exceeding max. will void reservation. Full service units: GH3, GH4, GH6, GH7. Full service sites contain a basic set of dinnerware, cookware, linens, towels, blankets, and pillows. For ALL OTHER CABINS , campers must bring their own supplies. Access Pass/Lifetime Liberty Pass is NOT accepted for cottages (GH3, GH4, GH6, GH7). Dogs are prohibited in cabins/cottages, except in Bash Bish 1, 5, and GH1. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED in cabins/cottages. Cabins/cottages are 7 or 14-night reservations during peak season, running from the end of June until the Sunday before Labor Day and rents as follows: Friday to Friday: Bish Bash 1, 2; 2W, 2E, 3W, 3E; GH3, GH4, GH6, GH7. Saturday to Saturday: Bish Bash 3, 4, 5; WM, CM, EM; GH1, GH2. Cottage and cabin rentals require a $100 damage deposit upon check-in. Credit card, cash, or checks accepted. CAMPSITES: All sites have a picnic table and fireplace with cooking grate. Tent platform sites (Loop A: 2 - 7, 11 - 18, 30; Loop B: 45, 46, 47, 65, 68, 69, 70) accommodate free standing tents up to 14 feet by 16 feet. PET OWNERS: Current proof of rabies inoculation is required at check-in (metal tags not be accepted). At any time during stay, pet owners may be required to provide proof of rabies inoculation upon request. Be sure to have this information available to present to park staff. Where pets are permitted, there is a maximum limit of 2 pets per site. Pets must be on a leash no longer than 6ft and under control at all times. Do not leave pets unattended and always clean up after them. Pet owners/permit holders are liable for any damage, personal injury, or nuisance caused by the pet. Dogs are prohibited in cabins/cottages with the exception of Bash Bish 1, 5, & GH1. It is preferred that sites within designated pet loops are chosen when using Service Animals. They are allowed elsewhere when these sites are not available or practical. SWIMMING: Each year the campground makes every effort to provide safe swimming opportunities by testing the water and keeping swimming areas staffed with lifeguards. Swimming cannot be a guaranteed activity, therefore we cannot offer refunds on camping stays. We apologize for this inconvenience as it may occur with little advance notice. PRE-REGISTRATION: Have an existing reservation? Don't forget to PRE-REGISTER! Two days prior to arrival you can sign into Reserve America and pre-register. PLEASE PRINT OUT AND BRING THIS PAPER with you upon check-in. LENGTH OF STAY: A camping party and their equipment may occupy a site for a maximum of 14 continuous nights. After which, camping party and equipment must leave the site and facility for 48 hours before registering again for another site. Please Note: To ensure fairness for all patrons, any reservation with departure dates outside the 9-month Maximum Window cannot be changed or cancelled until 18 days after reservation was made.
Copake Falls has over 100 campsites for tents and trailers. There are 5 Bash Bish cabins, 4 Ironworkers cabins, and 5 Greenwich cabins which accommodate from 4 to 6 people in each.
