About this park

Tribune Bay campground is on Hornby Island and is reached via two ferries from Vancouver Island or by personal boat. Ensure your trip plan accounts for ferry schedules. The campground offers 75 sites, including 24 electrified campsites, 42 non-electrified campsites, and nine cabins. Facilities include accessible pit toilets, roads, pay showers and a new playground. To improve air quality and reduce wildfire risk, wood-burning campfires will not be permitted in the campground, however, propane fires are allowed. There is no sani-station for RVs at the campground or anywhere on Hornby Island. If you bring an RV, you must bring your own water and you must take your septic back with you. The nearby beach has almost 1 km of fine, white-sand beach leading into the Strait of Georgia’s warm waters. The shopping centre on Hornby Island is a short walk away and offers a unique assortment of shops and services.
