Wendell State Forest is over 7000 acres of rolling forested hills, streams, ponds, trails, and a picnic area. You can visit Wendell sunrise to sunset any time of year. It has 2 pavilions that can be reserved in advance for special events or group use.

Nearby: Wendell State Forest abuts Millers River, many local conservation properties, nearby is Mt. Grace State Forest and Erving State Forest - which offers overnight camping sites.
