One of Manitoba's premier playgrounds, Whiteshell Provincial Park combines the wilds of the Boreal Shield with the comforts of home. Falcon Beach is one of the best known campgrounds in Manitoba. Falcon Lake offers many recreation activities, services and attractions like an 18-hole golf course, lawn bowling, tennis, miniature golf, riding stables, hiking trails, interpretive programs, swimming, fishing, boating, biking trails, picnic shelters, baseball diamonds, gas station, marinas, churches, ambulance service, and doctor's office. The mini mall boasts a laundromat, restaurant, gift shop, grocery store, video rental store, fast food outlet, and a local bakery. There are a combination of electrical, full serviced and basic camping opportunities.
