Nutimik, Cree for "up the river", is the namesake of this beautiful Whiteshell campground. A trek up to Blueberry Hill will give you a great view of Nutimik Lake and the Winnipeg River. In the tradition of the native peoples of centuries ago, canoe along the lakeshore or river. Learn about nature and culture at the many interpretive programs, or visit the Petroforms. Hiking, biking, boating, fishing, and tennis opportunities are offered within the vicinity of the campground which has electrical & water, electrical or basic camping sites. Some of these sites are enclosed in the shelter of trees and offer privacy, while other sites provide hook-ups for modern trailers. Other amenities include a beach, boat launch, playground and picnic areas.<br><br>
