Yatesville Lake provides plenty of room to skim the waves or catch some rays in your favorite cruisecraft--be it a houseboat, pontoon, speed boat or jet ski. The Yatesville Marina, named the nation's "Most Outstanding Project" in 1999 by the States Outdoor Boating Association, offers everything boaters and fishers need for lake fun. Back on shore, enjoy challenging play on the park's new 18-hole par-71 Eagle Ridge golf course. The course, built on mountainous terrain, features dramatic views and is part of the Kentucky State Park System's "Signature Series" of golf courses. Yatesville Lake State Park has a variety of campsites to suit anyone's idea of "roughing it," including double-wide sites for two RVs and boat-in, primitive sites. The 2,300-acre lake offers good bluegill, bass and crappie fishing.
Location: Yatesville Lake State Park is located near the town of Louisa, in Lawrence County, and opened in 1999.

The Pleasant Ridge Trail System is made up of five separate wooded nature trails. The Yatesville Lake Multi-Use Trail is a large, 20+ mile trail, open to hikers, backpackers, mountain bikers, and horseback riders.
